When should you book travel vaccinations?
Six to eight weeks before departure is ideal because some vaccination courses require more than one dose. Earlier planning can also help when your itinerary includes several countries or remote regions.
If you are leaving sooner, contact the clinic anyway. Some vaccinations can still provide useful protection at short notice, and our pharmacists can prioritise the most relevant advice for the time available. Same-day appointments may be offered when capacity allows.
